Which file formats do you accept?
Preferably STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF. If you do not have a 3D file yet, we can also start from a sketch, photo or dimensions.
How fast can I receive a quote?
We usually reply within 24 hours, and often faster for simple requests.
Are files handled confidentially?
Yes, requests and files are handled confidentially and used only for quoting and production.
Do you help if the model is not ready yet?
Yes, we offer light 3D modeling and file preparation for printing.
What affects the price?
Object size, volume, material, detail level, quantity, post-processing and lead time.
